On Monday I travelled all the way to Canberra to compete in the Canberra Goulburn Rugby Union Trials. I competed against 45 kids for a position in the team, fortunately I made the team successfully. The trials looked at all the parts of rugby, rucking, tackling, then passing and after that we played some football. In the end they picked 20 kids for the team. Kids came from all over the Archdioceses from as close as Queanbeyan, Boorowa, Tumut and as far as Bega.  Congratulations to Sid, Brad and Jack from McAuley for also making the team.
