St Joseph's are using COMPASS Parent Portal for all attendance communication.  Please ensure you have registered via the emails sent out.

All student absences will need to be put through COMPASS portal by the parent.

It is ideal that a student absence is put through on the day of the absence, if an absence is not put through after 7 days it will be classed as an unexplained absence.  

If you know your child will be away (eg. medical appointments) you can put through an absence for a future date. 

We strongly encourage the use of the COMPASS app as it is very quick and easy to use for attendance notes and receiving school news items.

COMPASS has many fantastic features as you can see from the information sheet and we will be rolling these out during term 4.  It will also be our main way of communicating with our parents.
