I have just finished reading this book, about Annabelle having a birthday at the beach.  It was a funny and refreshing book!

Culley:  "Friday Barnes - Under Suspicion"

I am enjoying this book because it is full of mystery as Friday solves cases such as the missing microwave.  The book has a lot of descriptive words.

Sydney: "Brotherland - The Outcasts"

Hugh recommended this book to me.  It is about Vikings in their ships and they are training to go overseas.

Matilda: part of the "Then" series by Morris Gleitzman

The story is set in Germany in the war.  Felix has to pretend to be a Nazi to survive.  I like it because it has heaps of suspense and you don't know what's going to happen next.
