Principal's Report
A great afternoon was spent with our dads last Friday afternoon, it was so wonderful to see so many of our dads come and join us for some fun games and afternoon tea. The children certainly loved having their dads for the afternoon, and from all accounts the dads had just as much fun as their children did. We trust that our dads had a great Father’s day.

I am hearing conversations of some of our older students about their online activities. I have included a link which may be helpful when determining whether your child should be on particular sites. 13 is usually the minimum age that children should be on social media, which would mean that none of our students should be using such platforms. If your child is on social media you need to be prepared for inappropriate content, images and conversation that you may not be aware your child is being exposed to. I STRONGLY encourage your children NOT to be on social media such as Snap chat, Instagram, Facebook and online games where you can chat to opponents. Please monitor your child’s online activity and be vigilant in what you allow them access to – better yet let them go outside and play instead!

We look forward to welcoming our new Kindergarten students for 2020 on Tuesday at 9.30 am. We hope that they are excited about coming to St Joseph’s.
Have a great week!
Kind Regards
