Archie - "World's Worst Children"

This book is really funny and has pranks that you could (but shouldn't) use.  Different characters play pranks but then there is a message at the end of each chapter to do the right thing.

Ollie - "Tough Boris" by Mem Fox

I liked reading about all the things that pirates do. I liked the part when his parrot died and he put him in a violin case.  

Ryan - "Warriors - Midnight"

I recommend this book for children aged 11 and older.  It's about cats that fight eacher other.  The author uses great descriptive words to paint a picture of the setting in your mind.

Toby - "Malini"

This book is about 28 boys that live in Sri Lanka and have to go and fight in the Civil War.
