What a fabulous Grandparents Day liturgy and celebration today.  It was wonderful to see our little church packed to the brim.  Kindergarten did so well with their prayers, readings and their heart felt singing.  A huge thank you to Miss Braun for organising today and to Mrs Walsh for working with the Kindergarten students to make everything a huge success.  A big thank you to all parents and grandparents who came along it was so great to have so many families present.

Just a friendly reminder about absences – it is a busy time of the year, however it is important that children attend school everyday unless they are unwell.  It is the time of the year when the students are completing assessments and consolidating their learnings, so it is vital that teachers have students present so that they can monitor their progress as well as continue to build on their skills and knowledge.  If your child is unwell or is not at school – it is a requirement that all absences are recorded via compass or by emailing/messaging the school within 5 school days of the absence.

Semester Two Reports will be sent out via Compass in Week 9.  All student’s Semester two reports will contain a general comment.  If you wish to have a parent/teacher interview with your child’s teacher please contact them to arrange a suitable time after the reports have gone out.
